A former loan officer at WEPCO Federal Credit Union is charged with felony embezzlement. Thirty-seven-year-old Nicole Moore is accused of stealing almost 160-thousand-dollars from sixty different accounts. She claims she was being blackmailed by her ex-boyfriend.
