Governor Justice is allocation 25-million-dollars in CARES Act funding to help pay utility bills. The money will go to people who have experienced economic hardship because of the pandemic, and fell behind on electric, natural gas, water and sewer bills from March 1 through July 31. The money will go to local public service districts for distribution.
