The Cabell County Commission and municipalities of Barboursville and Milton have rescheduled trick or treat due to expected inclement weather. The new date and time for trick or treating will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. Trick or treat was originally scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 29. Face masks are encouraged for everyone.
