West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner is reminding voters of upcoming deadlines ahead of Election Day. Today (Wednesday, Oct. 28), is the last day to request an absentee ballot. Applications must be received by the county clerk today. Voters can request absentee ballots through the online portal at GoVoteWV.com, and you have the option to print and drop it off in person. The last day of in-person early voting is Saturday, Oct. 31.
