A three-year-old is in the hospital after sticking himself with a syringe he picked up in the parking lot of West Virginia Health Right. The needle did not come from the Health Right harm reduction program. Those needles are labeled with a barcode and can be tracked. Police don’t know where this needle came from, and are reviewing surveillance video.
