Fire tore through an apartment building in Logan County early Tuesday morning and there was one fatality. It happened around 2:30 a.m. in the Buffalo Creek Road area of Kistler. West Virginia fire marshals said a 3-year-old boy died in the fire. Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire. Volunteer fire departments from Buffalo Creek and Man responded.
