Cabell County moved from orange to red, joining 32 other counties in that color on the latest West Virginia county alert system map. The map was posted Tuesday by the state Department of Health and Human Resources and based on Monday’s data. Cabell joined Wayne, Lincoln, Boone, Mingo, Logan,Greenbrier, Clay, Jackson, and several others in red. Thirteen counties were in orange including Kanawha, Putnam, Fayette, Raleigh, and Nicholas. Randolph County was the only county in green.
