More than thirty West Virginia high schools can return to in-person learning tomorrow. Twenty-six counties are in the “orange” on the state’s COVID-19 alert map. Six counties are “gold,” and two are “yellow.” More than twenty counties remain in the red. According to new guidelines, pre-K through 8th graders can attend classes regardless of the county’s map color, and high school student can return when a county is out of the “red.”
