The West Virginia Supreme Court will hear a challenge to Governor Justice’s pick to fill a vacant House of Delegates seat. The governor appointed Joshua Bell to fill the Wayne County seat. The county GOP claims Justice didn’t follow the law when he picked Booth over three other candidates submitted by the local Republican committee.
