The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man who sent threatening letters to Trump supporters. So far, no charges have been filed. The Sheriff’s Office is exploring the possibility of pursuing criminal charges with state and federal prosecutors, however there is no statute that specifically deals with this issue.
