A Floyd County man is under arrest for trying to burn down his parent’s home in Langley. Thirty-five-year-old Chad Manuel is accused of holding a knife to his parent’s throat when they wouldn’t let him use their car. He took off, and when he returned, he threatened to burn them alive. When deputies arrived Manuel was pouring Kerosene throughout the house.
