Martinsburg police are investigating the death of an off-duty West Virginia National Guard member. Twenty-year-old Private First Class Marc Siegler died earlier this week. Authorities have not released any details on the cause of death. Siegler Joined the National Guard in 2019 and served as a military police officer.
