West Virginia lawmakers are raising concerns over COVID-19 protocols after Delegate Brandon Steele tested positive for the virus. Lawmakers are allowed to remove their mask when speaking on the floor, but some are refusing to wear a mask. Leaders sent out a reminder that there is a mask mandate and punishment for refusing to wear a mask.
