Charleston Mayor Amy Goodwin says the city has met with several groups and is in the final stages of working with a buyer for Charleston Town Center. Goodwin says potential buyers are also interested in what is going on around the mall, including recent renovations to the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center and the upcoming changes to Slack Plaza to make the mall a vibrant part of the city.
