West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is calling President Biden’s plan to cut greenhouse emission in half a “colossal domestic and foreign policy blunder of epic proportions.” He says the proposal will lead to significant job loss and cause energy prices to soar. Morrisey plans to file a petition with the Suprme Court to challenge the “Clean Power Plan.”
