The Kanawha County Board of Education says it is taking the report of abuse of two special needs students very seriously. A teacher and two aides are accused of abusing students at Horace Mann Middle School. The board says they never received any complaints of abuse, but rather, it was discovered after a disruption in the classroom prompted administrators to review the video.
