Governor Justice has called a special session of the West Virginia Legislature that will begin today at noon. The legislature will allocate federal COVID-19 relief funds to the Department of Health and Human Resources and the Department of Education, and consider allocating 150-million-dollars to the Division of Highways for road projects.
