Kanawha County Schools will hold another round of COVID-19 vaccination clinics for students. The clinics will be held today, June 8 at South Charleston High School, George Washington High School, Nitro High School and Alban Elementary. Kanawha County Schools said the vaccines will be available to students 12 and older who received their first dose on May 18, as well as students seeking their first dose. The clinics will start at 3 or 4 pm today, depending on location. Capital High School will hold a clinic on Wednesday, June 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. for students who got their first shot on May 13. The school district also said Cabin Creek Health Systems will hold clinics for the Riverside, Hoover and Sissonville communities and those will be announced soon.
