Free music at Haddad Riverfront Park will help mark West Virginia’s 158th birthday. The Pops on the Water concert on June 20 will feature an all-brass ensemble from the West Virginia Symphony beginning at 2 p.m. A special pre-concert brunch will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Capitol City Ballroom at the Four Points by Sheraton.
