Carter Bank and Trust is pushing back against Governor Justice and his family’s companies. The bank says, “allegations in the lawsuit regarding negotiations between the parties are false and misleading.” The bank says it intends to collect the nearly 370-million-dollars it loaned to the Justice companies.
