A new dog park, named Emma’s Place, is open in Cato Park on Charleston’s West Side. The dog park is named in honor of fallen Charleston Police Officer Cassie Johnson’s chocolate lab, Emma. The park has play equipment for the dogs, a gazebo, and a water station.
