Garrison Avenue will be named in honor of fallen Charleston Police Officer Cassie Johnson. The dedication will take place on Wednesday at the corner of Garrison Avenue and Crescent Road. Garrison Avenue will be honorarily named Patrolman Cassie Johnson Avenue.
