A second man is under arrest in connection to a woman’s death in Kingwood. Forty-two-year-old Corey Cuppett admitted that was inside the house when Stephanie Weis was shot, and he knew she was dead before he left. Another man, David Wilhelm, is under arrest for shooting and killing Weis last weekend. He told officer she died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
