Prostitution Sting Nets Fourteen Arrests

Charleston police arrested 14 people after conducting a prostitution sting on Monday. Police say the sting after complaints from residents and business owners on the West Side. Four people were arrested for engaging in prostitution, seven for enticing for the purpose of prostitution, two for loitering for prostitution, one for obstructing and one for simple possession of marijuana. The Charleston Police Department says it will conduct more of these stings in the future, and will branch out to other parts of the city.
