Demolition is underway on the old Clendenin Elementary building. Flooding damaged the building five years ago, and the school and library building has been empty since then. Demolition began this week on the building, and the new consolidated Bridge-Clendenin Elementary School is expected to be completed in 2022. The new building be located on Wolverton Mountain Road.
