A man was killed after he was hit by a car early Thursday morning. Dispatchers said the call came in around 5:30 a.m. on Kelleys Creek Road in Cedar Grove.
Kanawha County deputies said the man was hit by a truck as he was walking in the right land. The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with deputies.
