A new lawsuit is being filed against a former teacher, and two former classroom aides at Horace Mann Middle School. They are now charged with abusing a third special needs child at the school. The Kanawha County Board of Education is also named as a defendant. The three are accused of dozens of instances of physical abuse, and mocking, taunting, and ridiculing the students.
