Drivers in West Virginia are seeing rising gas prices. The average gas price in Charleston has risen 2.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.26 per gallon, according to GasBuddy. The website said gas prices are 20.4 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and are $1.12 higher than a year ago. In West Virginia, the average price on Monday was at $3.25, up 2 cents per gallon from last week’s $3.23.
