A Summers County man is facing charges after state police said he was accused of sexually assaulting and abusing several women. 29-year old
Matthew R. Keaton of Pipestem had been out on bond on a previous charge when five additional women said they were victimized by him. State Police said members of the Hinton detachment began investigating several reported alleged cases of sexual assault and Keaton was arrested on Oct. 20 on charges of second-degree sexual assault, first-degree sexual abuse, strangulation, criminal invasion of privacy and unlawful restraint.
