The Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association is looking for foster homes for some puppies that were found dumped in a trash bin. The animal rescue group said in a Facebook post Thursday that a Good Samaritan discovered the puppies in a tote that had been tossed in the trash. They’ll be ready for foster homes soon.
