Kanawha County deputies said disciplinary action is in progress involving a juvenile who was identified and interviewed in connection with an alleged school threat at Andrew Jackson Middle School. The juvenile was not detained, according to Sgt. Brian Humphreys at the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. An automated message from the school system said law enforcement was contacted immediately and extra security measures were arranged for school Wednesday. Classes ran on a normal schedule.
