A Logan County woman is under arrest after a bag full of drugs fell out of her jacket. Police responded to a C-and-L station in Mallory after a woman was found passed out in her vehicle. When officers searched the woman, they found the bag containing almost ten-thousand-dollars’ worth of meth, fentanyl, and Suboxone, and one-thousand-dollars in cash. Forty-four-year-old Misty Osborne is facing multiple charges, including possession with intent to deliver.
