Mingo County’s sheriff said a man was arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run. Nathan Williams of McAndrews, Ky., was arrested Monday night in Isaban after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on County Route 65 . The sheriff’s office said Williams is charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing death, DUI resulting in death and failure to render aid resulting in death. Jacob Holt was the man killed in the incident. Williams is currently being held in Southwestern Regional Jail.
