Kanawha County deputies have arrested a boy accused of shooting a man to death in St. Albans. Deputies said a juvenile was arrested in the Tornado area around 7 p.m. Monday. The juvenile is accused of shooting and killing 26-year old Jimmy Keith of Pond Gap, on 3rd Street West on March 10th. Deputies said Keith had been living in the area with his girlfriend. The shooting is still under investigation.
