A driver is facing felony charges after leading law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit Friday night. 21-year old Daishaun Ford refused a traffic stop and led law enforcement on a dangerous chase at speeds exceeding 100 mph, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Ford has been charged with fleeing and drug possession with intent to deliver. Deputies report attempting to stop a vehicle traveling in Belle for a traffic violation and the chase went along Route 60 before the vehicle got stuck on railroad tracks in Shrewsbury.
