Deputies in Mingo County are asking for help to locate a suspect who dumped drug paraphernalia out of a moving car last Wednesday afternoon. Surveillance footage attained by deputies shows a person in a white Chevrolet pickup truck throw needles out of the passenger window near a business in Kermit about 1:50 p.m. Wednesday, according to a post on the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
