A West Virginia rancher has released a bison cookbook. Riffle Farms in Preston County raises grass-fed bison and they’re proponents of agriculture and its impact on the West Virginia food supply and economy. The cookbook is called Simply Bison. Riffle Farms is also hosting a regional gathering for veterans and heroes to agriculture on April 30, featuring guest speakers from the USDA, Small Business Development Center, grant development, and more.
