St. Albans police said Caleb Moore of St. Albans was arrested Sunday morning for child neglect after overdosing in the car with a woman and her 4-month-old daughter. Officers said Moore was not responsive when they got to the scene on MacCorkle Avenue near Roadside Park. St. Albans police said they gave Moore two doses of Narcan and he regained consciousness but was taken to a hospital for observation. The driver was identified as Tabitha Slater, who had her four-month-old daughter in the car at the time. She also faces a child neglect charge.
