Kanawha County Schools released information regarding its 2022 Summer Food Service Program. Breakfast and lunch will be made available from June 1 to Aug. 12 for children 18 years old and younger to consume on site, and adult meals will be available for purchase. The distribution sites include Alban Elementary in St. Albans; Ben Franklin Career Center in Dunbar; Bridgeview Elementary in South Charleston, Capital High and George Washington High Schools in Charleston; Pinch Elementary and Herbert Hoover High School in Elkview, and several other places.
