West Virginia’s largest craft beer festival will happen later this summer. Rails & Ales Craft Beer Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13, at Harris Riverfront Park in Huntington, and usually draws thousands downtown each year. The ninth annual event will feature samples of hundreds of beers and ciders brewed in West Virginia and around the world, food trucks, live music and local vendors. A beer garden will be new this year.
