The SNAP Stretch program that can double and even triple a family’s food budget is running low on funding. The West Virginia Food and Farm Coalition has used federal COVID relief dollars and local funding to keep the program going, but those dollars are running out. Program officials want the state to chip in and help make the program permanent.
