The state Supreme Court will hear the appeal of the Hope Scholarship case. The court rejected a motion to stay the new intermediate court of appeals decision to halt the scholarship. Opening arguments will be heard starting October 4th. In the meantime, more than three-thousand students are still waiting for Hope Scholarship money to cover the cost of private schools.
