Fairmont police were called to a home for a wellbeing check on August 5th, and found a one-year old that had been in the same diaper for days. The criminal complaint said officers found “massive clutter of garbage and decaying food,” as well as “human fecal matter and hundreds of flies throughout the house and kitchen.” Officers also said a 13-year-old child and a one-year-old child had no supervision and “were extremely dirty.” The one-year-old’s diaper hadn’t been changed in several days. Jenny Taylor has been charged with gross child neglect.
