TSA agents found a loaded handgun in a carry-on bag at the North Central West Virginia Airport in Harrison County. They also found three speed loaders with five bullets each packed alongside the gun in a laptop bag. The maximum penalty for carrying weapons recently increased to 15-thousand-dollars.
