Meteorologists have an eye on Friday’s weather forecast. A strong storm is expected to track out of the Missouri Valley up into western Ohio with high wind shear and instability. WCHS TV meteorologists say heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected, and how severe depends on the track. The highest risk for a severe weather outbreak will be Friday in the afternoon/evening hours.
