Logan Head Start building suffers wind damage

There were many reports of wind damage earlier this week. One of the places to suffer damage is the Pride Community Services complex in Logan where the metal roof of the Head Start building blew off damaging vehicles and closing the program for the week. Eyewitness News said the giant sheets of metal that blew off of the top of the building have now been removed from the parking lot and from Stratton Street, but the exposed roof, even with a tarp, makes the building unsafe. Pride made the decision to cancel Head Start for the week. The Head Start program has Spring Break next week, so that gives the staff two weeks to plan.
