State Police continue the restructuring process in leadership positions

Gov. Jim Justice and West Virginia State Police Interim Superintendent Jack Chambers announced more changes in leadership at the South Charleston headquarters. Maj. Jim Mitchell is now Chambers’ chief of staff. One of his duties will be updating media members about the ongoing investigation into the agency. Maj. Shallon Oglesby has left her chief of staff services position and is now a first lieutenant in the procurement section. Maj. James Findley has been transferred from director of the professional standards division to a first lieutenant slot, handling logistics for Troop 7, which patrols the West Virginia Turnpike.
