The latest tenant of South Charleston’s Park Place development has been announced. Starbucks is expected to open in the development by late fall of 2023, according to South Charleston Mayor Frank Mullens. The first tenant of Park Place, Chick-fil-A, recently opened to the public. Menards is also expected to open there soon. Mullens said 20-26 tenants are expected to fill Park Place once it’s fully developed.
