The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office released new details this week about a Saturday shooting that left one man dead. Deputies said 43-year old Thomas Green IV of South Charleston died after he was shot several times in the 5600 block of Raven Drive in Rand. Investigators believe a domestic dispute led up to the shooting and the man who shot him acted in self-defense. The Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case and so far no criminal charges have been filed. It’s still an active investigation.
