A Barbour County man is facing child abuse charges. He’s accused of chasing a child with a blowtorch and sharp objects. Police interviewed an eight-year-old boy and a thirteen-year-old boy. They said 40-year-old Jason Simons slapped them regularly, and would shoot a gun out of his window.
